This is common behavior for dogs and other animals when they become ill. If you're not able to bring him to the vet right away, then try to keep him comfortable until you are able to. Make sure he stays hydrated in the mean time.

If you are thinking that this is not a physical ailment then it might be possible that she is depressed. Dogs can be depressed just like humans, there is prescription medicines that veterinarians use. If you don't already try taking her on daily walks to get some sunlight. Just as in humans sunlight is important for the production of Vitamin D and other hormones that contribute to mood. You may also try spending more time playing with or loving her.

Dogs can shiver because they are scared (thunder storms, new people or surrounds), or because they are in pain. You will need to assess the situation to find out why your dog is shivering.

Because of her age, I would have an exam done by a veterinarian to make sure it isn't something serious with her hind quarters. Her symptoms can be caused by a variety of different conditions, arthritis, tumors, spinal or neurological problems. This is something that can only be determined with a professional examination of her symptoms.

Symptoms like coughing and the nose changing colors can indicate a variety of different illnesses/diseases. This would require a trip to the vet to determine if it's a symptom of something serious/life threatening or more simple such as hormonal changes.

There are a few things to look at. First see if he's gotten into something he wasn't suppose to or normally eats, this could be a reason. If he diet has been consistent, then he may actually have developed an intolerance to something in his current dog food such as soy, corn, wheat, gluten. In the mean time if he's not allergic to pumpkin, you can try giving him a tablespoon of pure pumpkin puree which should help with his diarrhea.

If you think it's somethings serious take him in right away. If he's eating his food but not drinking, try mixing some water in with his food or giving him some canned food since it has more moisture (water) in it. You don't want him dehydrated. If you think he's just stuffy try using a humidifier, if you don't have one try putting him in the bathroom with you next time you take a hot shower. If you think his breathing difficulty is something more serious which it could be considering his is part pug the best thing you can do is have a vet examine his throat and nasal cavity.

These symptoms could really be from a variety of different ailments. The best thing you can do is take her to the vet to get a physical exam done.

I would take him the vet to make sure the bones isn't still stuck or hasn't caused in damage to the esophagus or trachea. This can be a serious issue and could even require surgery.

This could be related to her kidneys, this is something that needs to be addressed by a veterinarian right away. Blood in the urine is a serious issue.
