There is no way to tell if she is unless you bring her to see a veterinarian. Sometimes getting pregnant as a senior age can put a lot of stress on the mother which can have deadly consequences. Puppies of a litter that are born also don't have a great survival rate and can be born with disabilities. Definitely go see a vet about this.
