Yes, this is normal behavior for a female during heat/ovulation. Physically she will want to mate with a male so keeping her separated from other animals is best for the next couple weeks until she calms down.

Her heat symptoms are pretty common. Dogs will experience hormonal changes that will disrupt moods, sleep, appetite, attraction towards male dogs. Because this is her second heat I suggest getting her spayed as soon as possible. This will prevent these disturbances in mood and reduce her risk of developing certain cancers (ie. breast cancer).

When a vet spays a dog they will remove the uterus and ovaries completely. She may be having reactions to hormonal changes, if she's showing symptoms that concern you such as bleeding, refusing to drink or eat, it would be good idea to see a vet.

Throwing up can be common during the heat cycle. It's always a good idea to keep out for any other symptoms or if the vomiting persists or worsens.

The average age for a dog to have their first heat is 6 months. This being said each dog will experience something different so it's not uncommon to see a dog go into heat at young at 4-5 months. A dog this young can become pregnant after their first heat cycle. Remember to her separated from males for 2-3 weeks following the end of her bleeding.

It sounds like she's experiencing more pain and discomfort than she should normally. You can take her into your vet where they can prescribe a mild pain reliever for her.

Yes yellow discharge is normal for a dog to have after she is finished bleeding and before she starts ovulation. She will experience ovulation in the next 2-3 weeks at which time it is important to keep her separated from other males.
