Problem with dogs paw
So I notice every winter my dog lifts up her back left paw. I always figured it was due to the snow and being cold, but it was only that paw. Is there a problem, or could one paw be extremely sensitive to the cold? She doesn't seem to have problems otherwise.

RE: Problem with dogs paw
From the sounds of it, she might have had a broken paw at one time. She doesn't do it during the summer? Only winter? Well it could of stemmed from a prior broken paw. Did she ever break her paw while in your care or in the previous owners care?

RE: Problem with dogs paw
It could of been a broken paw that healed. Most animals will have this same problem after a healed paw. Winter causes problems like this for people too. That's all I can think of though. You could always bring her to the vet to see if there's another problem.
